If you’re like me you’re not a big fan of melon, but if you really are like me you’re near obsessed with your skin! Melons are rich in vitamin A which is great for your skin, teeth, and bones! Just 1 serving of cantaloupe has 25% of our daily need of vitamin A, it also promotes a healthy immune system. Melons also have a lot of  potassium to keep your heart healthy and don’t forget the Vitamin C! All thats great but theres still the taste, I add a little bit of sugar or honey its delicious!
